Founder, KaizenRise

Uma Shankar Arora.

I run a delivery business on AI every day, and I build products with it in public. What I teach and ship, I use first.

Why KaizenRise

Whatever I do, I do to improve.

The name is deliberate. Kaizen means continuous improvement. Whatever I take on, I take on with real passion and keep pushing it toward a better version of itself. That instinct is what KaizenRise is built on.

I have spent 25 years in software, as a builder and Salesforce delivery lead, setting up and rescuing systems for real teams. Alongside it, photography has been a genuine passion, not a weekend hobby, the same drive to get the next frame right.

KaizenShots came straight out of that. An AI mentor for photographers, built around something I care about deeply, not a side project. It is proof of how I work. Find what matters, then improve it relentlessly.

I am not above the work, I am inside it. I run my own client delivery and product builds on agentic workflows, so when I say what works with AI in production, it is because I use it daily and watch what breaks.

I build AI-native products, help founders go from prototype to launch, and train leadership teams to use AI with judgment. The consulting funds the build. The build proves the method. If you want a partner who ships and tells you the truth about it, that is the whole pitch.
