Privacy policy.
Last updated 7 August 2026
This policy covers kaizenrise.io, the marketing site for KaizenRise. It explains what we collect when you visit, why we collect it, who else processes it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
Who we are
KaizenRise is an AI delivery studio founded by Uma Shankar Arora. For anything in this policy, write to contact@kaizenrise.io.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form
The contact form asks for your name, your email address, the topic of your inquiry, and your message. We use what you send to answer you, and for nothing else. Submitting the form sends the message to our inbox and also sends you an automated confirmation email at the address you gave, so you have a record that it arrived. Email is delivered through Google Workspace, so Google processes it as our email provider. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or rent what you send us.
The session replay described below also runs on the contact page. Depending on how it is configured, it may capture what you type into the form before you submit it. If you would rather it did not, block cookies for this site or email us directly at contact@kaizenrise.io instead.
When you use the booking calendar
The booking section on our contact page embeds a Google Calendar appointment scheduler. Anything you type into that scheduler goes to Google directly and does not pass through our servers. The booking then reaches us as a calendar invitation. Google’s handling of that data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
When you browse the site
We use two behavioral analytics services. Both set cookies and both receive data about your visit, including pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
- Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages people read and how they move through the site. Google processes this data as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
- Microsoft Clarity records behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Session replay reconstructs a view of how a visit moved through the page, including clicks, scrolls, and mouse movement.
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first and third party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
The full list of cookies these services set, with what each one does, is on our cookie notice.
What we do not collect
We do not run advertising pixels for social platforms, we do not operate user accounts or logins on this site, and we do not take payments here. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages and booking correspondence stay in our email and calendar for as long as the business relationship is useful, and we delete them on request.
Microsoft Clarity retains session playback data for 30 days, and click data along with labeled or favorited sessions for 9 months, after which Microsoft deletes it from their servers including backups. Google Analytics retention is set at the property level in our Google Analytics account and follows Google’s configured retention window for user and event level data.
Where your data goes
Google and Microsoft are both independent controllers of the data their services collect, and both process data on infrastructure outside your country of residence. Clarity data is stored in Microsoft Azure. Their own privacy documents, linked above, govern what they do with it.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which stops both analytics services from identifying your visits. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics entirely. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. Write to contact@kaizenrise.io and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
When we change what we collect or which services we use, we update this page and move the date at the top. There is no separate notification, so check back if it matters to you.
